About this file
This is a Site Readiness Verification Form for General Water Technologies (GWT) Series Equipment installations. The document outlines mandatory infrastructure requirements that clients must satisfy before equipment deployment and specifies the verification process for confirming site readiness.
The form details three primary requirement categories: Water (Domestic) Feed requires a ¾" dedicated supply line per system with ¾" FNPT ball valve connections, minimum 50 PSI line pressure, and a pressure gauge positioned upstream of the ball valve for continuous verification. Drainage specifications call for a floor drain located within 6 feet of the system with a minimum capacity of 3 gallons per minute to accommodate equipment drainage of approximately 300-350 liters per hour, with the client indicating if water requires pumping to drain. Power requirements specify a dedicated 120 VAC/20 AMP circuit with surge protection of 2000 Joules or greater and a duplex receptacle per unit. Clients must provide photographic evidence of all site readiness requirements via email to service@genwater.com or brady@genwater.com. The document stipulates that equipment will not be shipped for future installations until readiness verification has been completed and confirmed by GWT.
