About this file
This is an Amendment of Solicitation (Amendment A0003) issued by the Indian Health Service (IHS) - DES Seattle on July 14, 2026, for solicitation 75H70126R00031. The amendment provides an updated Questions and Answers (Q&A) sheet as of July 14, 2026, and replaces the previous B01 Attachment J02 Statement of Work with Revision 1 (B01 Attachment J02 Statement of Work R1) to reflect updates to Section 7.4 of the Statement of Work. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Contractors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended by completing items 8 and 15 and returning the form, by acknowledging receipt on each copy of the offer submitted, or by separate letter or electronic communication that references the solicitation and amendment numbers. Failure to acknowledge receipt at the designated location by the specified deadline may result in rejection of the offer.
The Q&A sheet documents 23 technical questions submitted between July 10 and July 14, 2026, with responses provided by the IHS Project Manager (IHS PM). Key topics addressed include flooring specifications and matching requirements, casework color selection, under-cabinet lighting, asbestos reports, condenser unit location, laboratory island reconfiguration, eyewash station coordination, analyzer removal and storage, HVAC system adjustments, facility operational continuity during construction, and clarifications on plumbing specifications for the pharmacy. Two questions (Items 8 and 9) are marked as pending response. The responses emphasize contractor responsibility for field verification, government approval requirements for submittals, coordination during preconstruction planning, and maintenance of facility operations during construction activities.
