This is Amendment A0002 to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Indian Health Service (IHS) - DES Seattle for solicitation 75H70126R00031, with an effective date of July 13, 2026. The amendment extends the RFP closing date from July 23, 2026 at 1:00 PM PDT to July 30, 2026 at 1:00 PM PDT.
The amendment provides supplemental documentation including a Site Visit Sign-In Sheet, Q&A sheet as of July 13, 2026, and design attachments (Santa Fe Plans Set, Taos Plans Set, Santa Fe Asbestos Inspection Report, and Taos Asbestos Inspection Report). The Q&A log addresses seven technical questions regarding flooring, casework colors, lighting, and asbestos documentation, with one question regarding condensing unit location marked as pending response.
