Re: Award of Contract No. CTR- Tower Services-Maintenance and Repair

Dear Mr. Allen:

Thank you for submitting a response to Invitation for Bid No. BPM002972. I am pleased to inform you that your company's offer for the Maintenance and Repair portion of the Tower Services solicitation has been selected for award. Please note that this contract will have multiple awards. The initial contract term of one year shall begin on December 8th, 2020 and terminate on December 8th, 2021. Four (4) additional terms are available for renewal.

The procurement file for this solicitation, including evaluation documents and resultant contract, will be available shortly via the State's e-Procurement system, Arizona Procurement Portal (APP).

In order to complete the contract award process and in accordance with the Special Terms and Conditions, your company is required to submit a Certificate of Insurance. The certificate of insurance (COI) shall indicate that your company is in compliance with insurance requirements contained in the contract. Please submit your certificate of insurance to me as soon as possible. Once the COI has been received, the Offer and Acceptance form will be signed by the State completing the contract process.

You are cautioned not to begin any services under the contract until the Procurement Officer assigned to your contract has issued a purchase order against the contract through APP.

If you have any questions regarding your company's contract, please contact me mguyette@azdps.gov 602-223-2262. Thank you for your response and for your continued interest in doing business with the State of Arizona.

Sincerely, Melanie Guyette Deputy Chief Procurement Officer Department of Public Safety mguyette@azdps.gov image1.png
