About this file
This document is a clarification letter from the Arizona Department of Public Safety (AZDPS) dated October 23, 2020, addressed to David Allen of TEP Opco regarding Solicitation BPM002972 for Tower Services. The letter, signed by Melanie Guyette, Deputy Chief Procurement Officer, requests additional information and clarification from TEP Opco about their submitted proposal, specifically highlighting several incomplete or potentially unclear sections of their bid documentation.
The clarification requests focus on four specific areas: an unanswered question in the Experience and Capacity Questionnaire about adhering to task order requirements, an incomplete Confidential Information Designation form, unfinished Conformance Statements (Attachment 5-B), and an unsigned Boycott of Israel form. The document indicates that TEP Opco must respond to these clarification requests by October 27th at 12:00 PM Arizona Time, with the understanding that failure to respond will leave their original proposal unchanged. While the specific details of the tower services are not elaborated, the document suggests this is part of a competitive procurement process for technical services within the Arizona state government procurement system.
