About this file

This is a performance quality standards document that establishes Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) deductions for the Consolidated Receiving Point (CRP) contract in Seattle/Tacoma, WA. The document serves as an appendix outlining quality metrics and associated penalty deductions applicable to contractor performance under this Department of State solicitation. Rather than specifying detailed performance requirements or service objectives, this attachment functions as a reference tool for measuring contractor compliance and calculating performance-based financial adjustments. The AQL deductions establish measurable standards against which the contractor's receipt, inspection, inventorying, consolidation, and delivery services—covering government furniture, commissary items, vehicles, equipment, and household effects—will be evaluated for quality and compliance purposes throughout contract performance.
