About this file
This is a pricing schedule template for a Consolidated Receiving Point (CRP) services contract in the Seattle/Tacoma, Washington area. The file is structured as an Excel spreadsheet designed to capture pricing information for the solicitation numbered 19AQMM26R0343, issued by the Department of State Office of Acquisition Management. The pricing schedule serves as Attachment B to the solicitation and outlines the rate structure that contractors must complete to provide their cost proposals for CRP services.
The contract requires the contractor to provide comprehensive logistics and material handling services including receipt, inspection, inventorying, hazardous material identification, consolidation, deconsolidation, export packing, temporary storage, and delivery to pier services. Services cover U.S. Government-owned furniture, furnishings, commissary items, supplies, vehicles, equipment required by Department of State Foreign Service Posts, and household effects (HHE) belonging to U.S. Government employees. The contractor's place of performance must be located within a thirty-mile commute of the USPS Office in Tacoma, WA (1102 A Street, Tacoma, WA 98402), and all contractor deliveries are designated as FAS (Free Alongside Ship) carrier at the Seattle Commercial Port Zone. This pricing template was revised as of the July 22, 2026 amendment to the solicitation (Amendment 0001).
