About this file

This is a pricing template attachment for the Consolidated Receiving Point (CRP) services solicitation issued by the Department of State Office of Acquisition Management. The file is structured as an Excel spreadsheet (Attachment B-Section B Pricing) designed for contractors to submit pricing proposals for non-personal services related to receipt, inspection, inventorying, hazardous material identification, consolidation, deconsolidation, export packing, temporary storage, and delivery services at the Seattle/Tacoma, Washington Commercial Port Area.

The pricing template is intended to capture costs associated with handling U.S. Government-owned furniture, furnishings, commissary items, supplies, vehicles, equipment, and household effects (HHE) for Department of State Foreign Service Posts and U.S. Government employees. Contractors must be located within a thirty-mile commute radius of the USPS Office in Tacoma, WA (1102 A Street, Tacoma, WA 98402), with all deliveries on an "FAS" (Free Alongside Ship) basis to the Seattle Commercial Port Zone. As a template document, the specific pricing line items, cost structures, and submission requirements would be detailed within the Excel file itself, which serves as the mechanism for standardizing cost proposals across potential bidders for this IDIQ-type services contract.
