About this file
This is a Pricing Worksheet template for the San Marcos CBOC IOTA federal contract opportunity (Solicitation 36C77626Q0149) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center Austin. The worksheet is designed for contractors to submit pricing for Initial Outfitting Transition and Activation (IOTA) Services at the San Marcos Community Based Outpatient Clinic.
The pricing structure encompasses three contract line items (CLINs): CLIN 0001 for IOTA Services (base period 08/01/2026-04/30/2029), CLIN 0002 for Travel support (optional, cost-reimbursable), and CLIN 0003 for Warehousing Services (optional, 08/01/2028-02/28/2029). CLIN 0001 is divided into seven Performance Work Statement (PWS) tasks: Task 16.1 Project Management Services, Task 16.2 Interior Design/FF&E/Space Planning, Task 16.3 ConOps/Transition Planning/Project Staffing, Task 16.4 Acquisition Planning, Task 16.5 Acquisition Packages Development, Task 16.6 Activation Services & Post Occupancy Support, and Task 16.7 Staff Training & Orientation. The example pricing provided shows 975 total hours across the base period at a total evaluated price of $194,625.00, with labor categories including Program Manager (Activation), Senior Designer, and Senior Transition Planner at rates escalating across three annual periods. Contractors must submit labor rates for all years regardless of when work is performed, confirm alignment with the official Price/Cost Schedule in Section B.2 of the solicitation, exclude travel costs from the Total Evaluated Price, and avoid including labor rates or costs in the Basis of Estimate submission.
