About this file
This is a Bid Schedule template for the Robins Air Force Base Paving Multi-Award IDIQ solicitation (FA850126R0004). The schedule requires contractors to provide a single lump-sum price for Item 0001, which encompasses all plant, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete the paving work in strict accordance with the provided Drawings and Specifications. The document is a blank form where the bidding company, authorized representative, title, and date must be completed, with space for the contractor to enter the total project cost.
The solicitation is a 100% competitive Small Business set-aside under the Small Business Act, with a NAICS code of 237310 and a size standard of $45 million. Key dates include a site visit RSVP deadline of June 5, 2026, an actual site visit on June 10, 2026, and RFI submissions due by June 18, 2026. The contracting office strongly recommends all bidders conduct a site visit to assess work complexity and material requirements, noting that conditions visible during site inspection will not be considered as differing site conditions under the contract. The work is being administered by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center at Robins AFB.
