About this file
This is an attachment (JL.13) titled "Specialized Technical Experience on Example Projects" that provides a checklist matrix for offerors to indicate their experience across 51 different remediation methods. The form is to be used with solicitation N62470-24-R-0072 and requires offerors to mark with "X" which remediation services they have performed on up to three example projects.
The checklist covers a comprehensive range of remediation techniques including soil remediation (covering/capping, excavation), dredging operations (mechanical and hydraulic), waste disposal methods, various treatment technologies (bioremediation, chemical oxidation, thermal treatments), MEC (Munitions and Explosives of Concern) handling procedures, and environmental monitoring activities. Only one JL.13 form should be submitted to cover all example projects, with offerors required to provide contract titles for each project in the designated columns.
