About this file
This is a Corporate Experience Form template (Attachment JL.12) for offerors to document their relevant past performance for solicitation N62470-24-R-0072. The form requires detailed information about ID/IQ and standalone contracts, including contract numbers, values, periods of performance, types of task orders, and specific technical work performed in environmental remediation services.
The form specifically focuses on work completed or substantially completed since November 2021, requiring details about expedited/emergency response actions, remedial actions, removal actions, pilot studies, facility O&M, RCRA closures, site characterizations, and land use control plans. Offerors must provide information about technical complexity, administrative functions, types of contaminants addressed, remedial actions performed, and optimization efforts. The template includes tables for tracking task order details and technical scope of work performed, with emphasis on documenting the number and value of concurrent task orders and the percentage of work self-performed versus subcontracted.
