1. For each example project, complete Attachment JL.12 “Factor 1 Corporate Experience Form.” Provide all information as specifically instructed on the form, as applicable to standalone and/or ID/IQ Contracts. Additional spaces may be added to the form as needed. Offeror(s) shall not deviate from the basic format of the form. PROJECTS NOT SUBMITTED ON THIS FORM WILL NOT BE EVALUATED.
2. Offerors should not fill-in information pertaining to task orders when a standalone contract is proposed as an example project.
