About this file

This document contains a past performance questionnaire for a federal solicitation requesting restoration services on the Crooked River Valley in the Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forests. Offerors are required to provide references who will receive and complete the past performance questionnaire by the date offers are due. The questionnaire asks references to rate the offeror's past performance on a scale of Excellent, Good, Acceptable, Marginal, or Unacceptable for quality of work, timeliness, contract management, responsiveness, customer satisfaction, and likelihood of recommending the offeror for future work. Responses will be kept confidential between the reference and contracting officer during evaluation. The related federal contract opportunity provides additional context, seeking restoration services to address impacts from historical dredge mining through relocating the Crooked River into a new channel, constructing floodplains, and installing instream habitat features and riparian plantings.
