About this file

This file is an Attachment J3 Price Schedule for a Transportation Services Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the Library of Congress. The specific scenario involves transporting a collection of delicate items from Chicago, IL to Washington, DC, including assorted photographs, advertising prints, posters, fragile egg shell artwork, phonographic records, and magazines, totaling approximately 57 pounds of materials. The document requires offerors to provide a comprehensive five-year pricing structure, with proposals for the entire period considered mandatory, and instructions specify that the pricing must be submitted exclusively in Excel format for evaluation purposes.

The related federal contract opportunity seeks a commercial shipper to package, store, and transport Library materials across various locations domestically and internationally, covering four performance areas: Non-Fragile, Fragile, Fine Arts, and Film/Media. The Library of Congress intends to award a firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract, potentially as a single or multiple-award solicitation. Key dates include a question submission deadline of 01/26/2026 and proposal due date of 02/13/2026, with proposals to be submitted by noon Eastern Time.
