The ICRA permit outlines four classes of construction risk and guidelines for infection control during renovation work at Phoenix Indian Medical Center. The solicitation seeks proposals for a firm fixed price construction contract valued between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The scope of work includes asbestos abatement, flooring replacement, mechanical and HVAC improvements, painting, roof replacement, and fire system work at Phoenix Indian Medical Center. Offerors must register in SAM and the period of performance is 300 calendar days from notice to proceed. The solicitation will use LPTA evaluation and be procured as an RFP by the Department of Health and Human Services Indian Health Service.
