About this file
This document provides details for a solicitation seeking construction services for maintenance and improvement projects at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center. Key work includes abatement of asbestos floor and wall tiles, replacement of various flooring and ceiling tiles, countertops, office furniture, and mechanical HVAC improvements. Exterior work involves roof replacement and construction of a trash enclosure. The period of performance is 300 calendar days with a budget between $1 million to $5 million. A site visit is scheduled and the Indian Health Service intends to award a single firm fixed price contract through a lowest price technically acceptable evaluation of proposals. The contractor must register in the System for Award Management to be considered for the award.
