text: The contractor must meet, comply with, and maintain a TOP SECRET facility clearance. In performance of this contract, some personnel may require access to classified information up to and including TOP SECRET information. The contractor must have sufficient cleared employees assigned duties under this contract to be able to complete all classified work assignments up to and including TS.

In addition, the contractor must comply with the security requirements specified in the 32 CFR Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) Published December 21, 2020, and NASA security procedures and guidelines. The contractor is not authorized to disclosure or release classified information (including to a subcontractor) without prior written authorization from NASA Protective Services.

Item 10.j: The contractor must comply with requirements specified in NASA Interim Directive 2810.135, Controlled Unclassified Information, dated February 2, 2021.
