Attachment D - Pre Proposal Inquiry Log.xlsx

This is a Pre-Proposal Inquiry (PPI) Submission Form template for federal contractors responding to Solicitation N4008526R0234. The form is designed to collect structured pre-proposal questions and inquiries related to SPECIAL PROJECT RM25-4593, which involves Building 47 Upgrades and Modernization of Storage Space at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Naval Station Newport in Newport, Rhode Island. The template includes fields for contractor submission information, date submitted, and a reference section organized by question, page number, solicitation section, and paragraph to enable clear identification and tracking of inquiries.

This solicitation is restricted exclusively to MACC (Multiple Award Construction Contract) holders under contract ML-C00068, which is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract vehicle for facilities in the North Area of Responsibility covering Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont. The opportunity is issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Facilities Engineering Command. The PPI log itself serves as an administrative tool to document and organize pre-proposal questions submitted by eligible contractors prior to final proposal submission, rather than detailing specific products, services, or project deliverables.
