This is an invoice detail document related to WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) program infant formula redemptions processed through the Department of Public Health in Cherokee County. The document contains transaction-level data for Invoice 2587, documenting the redemption of infant formula products distributed through the WIC program during the specified reporting period.

The invoice details 1,847 individual transactions involving three primary Similac infant formula product lines: Similac Sensitive Powder, Similac Total Comfort Powder 12 oz, Similac Advance Powder 12.4 oz, and Similac Soy Isomil Powder. Units redeemed range from 1 to 16 units per transaction, with the majority of transactions representing standard monthly or periodic WIC benefit distributions. Each line item includes Universal Product Code (UPC) information, product descriptions, and unit quantities used. The data is organized by invoice number and includes message codes and UPC codes for inventory and accounting purposes. No specific pricing information, award dates, contract terms, or procurement details are present in this document, as it functions as a post-distribution reconciliation record documenting actual WIC formula redemptions rather than a contractual procurement instrument.
