About this file
This is an infant formula rebate invoice memo from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH), issued by the Massachusetts WIC Program to Abbott Nutrition. The memo documents a rebate invoice for August 2025 related to infant formula products distributed through the WIC program. The communication includes supporting documentation organized into multiple tabs within an Excel workbook: a summary of rebates at the UPC level broken down by subcategory, automatically generated MIS redemption data at the subcategory level, manually generated EBT Data Warehouse redemption data at the UPC level, a pivot table of redemption report data, and an updated master rebate reflecting pricing effective June 1, 2025. The memo indicates that additional invoice materials will continue to be produced for reconciliation purposes until the 32oz 360 Total Care Sensitive RTF product no longer generates rebates.
The rebate invoice amount is $2,400,394.93 for August 2025. Payment is expected within thirty (30) days from receipt of the invoice. The Massachusetts WIC Program notes that the MIS-generated rebate report functions at the subcategory level, necessitating the supplementary documentation provided to ensure accurate accounting of rebated products and reconciliation between the MIS system data and the EBT Data Warehouse records at the UPC level. The contact for inquiries is Beth Wilson-Lampro, Economic Analyst, at the Massachusetts WIC Program.
