About this file
This is an infant formula rebate invoice issued by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) to Abbott Nutrition for the June 2025 billing period. The document serves as formal notification of rebate amounts owed under the Massachusetts WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) Program. The invoice covers rebate calculations at the subcategory level, with supporting documentation provided to enable reconciliation between the state's MIS-generated rebate reports and actual redemption data. The state has indicated that additional invoices and materials will continue to be produced until rebates on the 32oz 360 Total Care Sensitive RTF product are no longer applicable.
The total rebate invoice amount is $2,375,084.11 for June 2025. The Commonwealth has enclosed detailed supporting materials including a summary invoice, an Excel workbook with five tabs containing redemption data at both the UPC and subcategory levels (including summaries, automatically generated MIS data, manually generated EBT warehouse data, and a pivot table analysis), and an updated pricing sheet effective June 1, 2025. Payment is expected within thirty days of invoice receipt. Contact for questions regarding the rebate calculations and supporting documentation is Beth Wilson-Lampro, Economic Analyst for the Massachusetts WIC Program, at 857-319-7358 or beth.wilson@mass.gov.
