This is an invoice detail spreadsheet for the Department of Public Health (DPH) related to Invoice 2592, documenting infant formula redemptions across multiple Similac product lines. The file contains transaction-level data for three primary formula types: Similac Sensitive Powder, Similac Total Comfort Powder, Similac Advance Powder, and Similac Soy Isomil Powder, along with ready-to-feed Similac Isomil Advance products. The spreadsheet records individual product redemptions by UPC code, with each line item capturing the PAN, UPC code, message code, product description, category classification, subcategory, redemption month, issue month, units used, and UPC units. The data appears to span multiple months of redemption activity, with units redeemed ranging from 1 to 21 units per transaction across hundreds of individual line items.

The invoice documents what appears to be WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) program benefit redemptions, with products categorized under code 2507 (likely indicating infant formula) and subcategory codes 619, 622, 025, 031, and 033 representing different formula formulations. Redemption dates are distributed across multiple months, with issue months spanning from months 1 through 14 in the data set. The transaction volume is substantial, with the spreadsheet containing over 1,200 individual redemption records for Invoice 2592 alone. No pricing information, award dates, or contract terms are specified in this operational document, which functions as a detailed accounting record of benefit redemptions rather than a procurement solicitation or contract award notice.
