About this file
This document is a detailed attachment for the requirements of a web-based Jury Management System (JMS) solution solicited by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO). The attachment covers the specific pool functions and business processes required for the JMS, including managing participant records, generating reports, sending notifications, and processing requests. Key requirements include the ability to qualify, pool, assign, and track jurors, as well as produce a variety of reports and letters. The system must provide flexibility for users to filter, sort, and customize outputs. The attachment also outlines specific data fields and system capabilities needed to effectively manage the jury selection and administration lifecycle. This level of detail is likely included as part of the Performance Work Statement or Statement of Objectives for the solicitation referenced in the related federal contract opportunity.

The look and feel of the web-based application is expected to be substantially different from the current user-driven interface. The following Pool business functions are required. The web-based version of the jury system may require the jury staff to perform slightly different steps to obtain the same results in their daily work.
