About this file

The document is a Vehicle Lease Agreement between the State of Idaho, Division of Purchasing, and a vendor for the leasing of vehicles to support the Idaho Technology Services agency. The agreement specifies the vehicles to be leased, including the year, make, model, and VIN, as well as the monthly payment, excess mileage charges, and delivery date for the vehicles. The lease term is also defined. The document establishes the order of precedence for the agreement, with the lease agreement itself taking priority over the state purchase order and the original solicitation document.

The second document is a notice regarding a requested exemption from competition for the purchase of a Mobile Kitchen by the Idaho Division of Juvenile Corrections. The Division has requested an exemption, which, if approved, would allow the agency to procure the property with limited or no competitive process. The Division of Purchasing is offering suppliers the opportunity to review the requested exemption and provide relevant information to assist the DOP Administrator in making a decision, though the decision remains discretionary and suppliers have no right to appeal.
