About this file

This is an Excel spreadsheet attachment (Iris.xlsx) that serves as a pricing or technical template for the Biometric Capture Device GWAC solicitation, specifically for iris recognition biometric devices.

The file appears to be part of Attachment 3C of the Biometric Capture Devices Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) solicitation issued by the Department of Homeland Security Office of Procurement Operations. This GWAC establishes multiple-award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts across five device tracks: Fingerprint, Facial, Iris, Palmprint, and Multi-Modal. The solicitation anticipates awarding a minimum of three contracts per track with the potential for unlimited awards, based on highest technically rated proposals with fair and reasonable pricing. The contract structure includes a one-year base period followed by four one-year option periods, with orders to be issued on a firm fixed-price basis. This iris-specific template likely contains technical specifications, performance requirements, or pricing guidance that offerors must complete and submit as part of their proposal response for iris biometric capture devices and peripheral equipment.
