About this file

This is a pricing template file (Attachment 3B - Face.xlsx) associated with the Biometric Capture Device GWAC solicitation issued by the Department of Homeland Security Office of Procurement Operations. The file serves as the required format for offerors to submit pricing information for facial recognition biometric capture devices as part of the government-wide, multiple-award IDIQ contracts being established under solicitation number 70RDA126R00000001.

The Biometric Capture Devices solicitation establishes IDIQ contracts across five device tracks: Fingerprint, Facial, Iris, Palmprint, and Multi-Modal. The Government anticipates awarding a minimum of three and maximum of unlimited contracts per track to offerors with the highest technically rated proposals at fair and reasonable prices. The contract structure includes a one-year base period followed by four one-year option periods, with awards made on a Firm Fixed-Price basis for delivery orders. This pricing template is specifically for the Facial track and requires offerors to provide detailed pricing information in the prescribed Excel format to support their technical proposals in this full and open competition.
