About this file
This is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) form DD 1423-1 that details 12 deliverables required under contract line item 0002 for the Office of Naval Research's COE Task Order 1. The CDRLs include quarterly technical and financial status reports (A001), a final report (A004), trip reports (A007), naval advisory documentation (A008), quarterly contract management review briefings and minutes (A009/A010), government property inventory reports (A011), and system security plans (A012).
Key requirements include quarterly technical/financial reports due 20 days after each quarter, a final report due 30 days after contract completion, trip reports due 15 days after travel, annual property inventories due June 30th, and QCMR briefings/minutes with detailed status updates on deliverables, funding, staffing, and subcontracting. Most deliverables have Distribution Statement D restricting distribution to DoD and DoD contractors only. The requiring office is N00014 (Office of Naval Research) and all items fall under the R&D category. The contract number and contractor are listed as TBD, indicating this is part of a solicitation package rather than an executed contract.
