a. The deliverables outlined in Figure 6: Expected Deliverables below are required by the Respondent.
For each deliverable in the table below, provide a response in which the Respondent:

Please Note: The awarded Respondent will be responsible for developing a Project Deliverable Expectations document, which describes the proposed high-level outline and format of each deliverable. This prevents rework by achieving early agreement on deliverable structure and anticipated content. The expectations document will be developed by tailoring an existing template in collaboration with OCDA. OCDA and the awarded Respondent will agree on the Project Deliverable Expectation documents to be provided at the beginning of the Project and review and approve the Project Deliverable Expectations before each subsequent deliverable phase.
13.A. Deliverables and Acceptance Criteria

The Respondent shall have five (5) business days, or as otherwise agreed to by OCDA, to correct the deliverable and resubmit the deliverable for OCDA review.
d. The Respondent must account for OCDA review process when developing schedules, project plans, and timelines. Specific deliverables and acceptance criteria will be finalized based on an offer response to the RFP solicitation and any subsequent negotiations.
