About this file
The file is a Service Level Agreement (SLA) spreadsheet for the County of Orange, Office of the District Attorney (OCDA), related to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Implementation, Maintenance, and Support of a New Case Management System (CMS). The RFP was released on August 7, 2024, with a pre-proposal submission meeting scheduled for August 14, 2024, via Zoom. Key dates include a question and answer deadline of August 21, 2024, proposal submission due date of September 18, 2024, potential interviews during the week of November 4, 2024, and planned service commencement in February 2025. The RFP seeks qualified respondents to develop a new CMS through an actual cost contract.
The SLA details critical service level requirements, including reporting schedule adherence, incident resolution times for different defect levels, root cause analysis timing, system availability, and recovery time objectives. Performance metrics are stringent, with targets like 99.99% system availability, 95% incident resolution within specified timeframes, and root cause analysis within 5 days. Penalties for missed critical service level agreements include a 5% invoice price fee, with potential earn-back opportunities after three months without critical outages or missed SLAs. The contract appears to be structured as a partnership between OCDA and the selected vendor, with comprehensive performance expectations and monitoring mechanisms.

| The Service Level Requirements in this workbook are considered to be guidelines. The County is willing to consider proposals from Offerors that differ from these if they conform to standard SLA's/SLR's from the vendor. All offerers must fill out columns N and O. If the Offerer is unable to meet the requirement, they must provide a justification in Column 0. If the Offeror would like to recommend alternative language they must document the recommended alternative language in Column O. | ||||||||||||||
