About this file
This document is a contract deliverables table outlining submission requirements for a laundry and facility management services contract. The contractor must submit various reports and documentation to the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on specified schedules and in defined formats.
Key deliverables include monthly submissions of authorized customers lists and workload data trackers in Excel format; weekly tracking reports for rework, damaged items, and lost items submitted on Mondays; and daily laundry tickets submitted to the COR following pick-up and delivery. Personnel-related submissions include an organizational chart in PowerPoint format due ten business days before contract start and updated within ten business days of new hires, along with monthly employee information and customer contact information updates in Excel. Training documentation must be submitted within 30 calendar days of contract award for multiple training programs including Antiterrorism Level 1 Awareness, iWatch, OPSEC, and TARP, with ongoing updates within ten days of new employee onboarding. Additional requirements include a Quality Control Plan (QCP) submitted at time of award in Microsoft Word format, with modifications submitted ten business days prior to the effective date of change and revised plans submitted within ten business days of notification of unacceptability. The contractor must also provide a Contractor Dress Code policy at award in Word format and ensure employees have internet-enabled mobile devices with Windows OS or MacOS capabilities. CAC (Common Access Card) access must be obtained prior to contract start and within ten days of new employee hiring. All hard copy documents must follow DA Form 1687 format where applicable, and submissions are limited to one copy each unless otherwise specified.
