About this file

This document is an attachment, titled "Attachment 10 - SCRM Plan", to a federal contract opportunity for the Department of Defense (DoD) Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE) System.

The attachment outlines the Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) plan requirements for the contract. It requires the contractor to submit a SCRM plan describing how they will reduce and mitigate supply chain risk using various security controls outlined in NIST and CNSSI guidelines. Key SCRM requirements include impact analysis, incident handling, timely maintenance, supplier diversity, and various supply chain control and risk assessment processes. The contractor must update the SCRM plan whenever there are changes to company ownership, leadership, suppliers, subcontractors, or ICT supply chain compromises.

The related federal contract opportunity is for engineering and sustainment support services for the DoD SAFE system, a large file transfer service available to DoD and mission partners. The solicitation is being conducted in a three-phase proposal and evaluation process, with further details provided in the solicitation.
