About this file
This is a Mission Performance Calculation template that establishes metrics for evaluating aircraft availability and readiness under the Fort Rucker Aviation Maintenance (FRAM II) contract. The document outlines two primary performance measures: Daily Mission Performance (DMP) and Monthly Summary Mission Performance (MSMP), both calculated separately for each aircraft fleet.
DMP is a binary yes/no metric determined daily based on whether adjusted initial issue aircraft meet or exceed contracted aircraft requirements. The calculation accounts for initial issue aircraft totals, rejects, and approved In-Requested Aircraft Provisioning (IRAPs), with the formula: (Initial Issue Aircraft Total minus net rejects) compared against Contracted Aircraft quantity. MSMP is a cumulative monthly percentage metric that measures total aircraft availability including surge capacity, calculated as: (Adjusted Initial Issue Aircraft plus Additional Issue/Surge Aircraft, minus net surge rejects) divided by Adjusted Initial Issue Aircraft, multiplied by 100. The template demonstrates calculations where DMP could result in 103.5 percent availability and MSMP at 107.1 percent when surge aircraft are included. These metrics directly support the government's ability to measure contractor performance in maintaining sufficient aircraft availability for Army Aviator training operations at Fort Rucker, Alabama.

| C1 | 28 | Contracted Aircraft (The lower of Total Aircraft Requested or Attachment 0004 Required Aircraft Table Requirement) | |
| C2 | 30 | Initial Issue Aircraft Total (The total number of Initial Issue aircraft including spares). This does not include Surge aircraft | |
| C3 | 2 | Initial Issue Aircraft Rejects (The total number of Initial Issue aircraft rejects for all launch periods for the day) | |
| C4 | 1 | Approved IRAPs (The total number approved IRAPs for rejected Initial Issue aircraft) | |
