About this file
This is a Coefficient Pricing Schedule template for the SABER contract solicitation. Offerors must submit this attachment with their proposals to establish pricing coefficients that will be applied to bare costs for calculating Task Order prices throughout the contract period.
The schedule requires offerors to propose two coefficient types in Table T-1: one for Standard Hours in Unrestricted Areas and one for Standard Hours in Restricted (Controlled) Areas. All coefficients must be rounded to two decimal places and must include all required costs; the government will not make adjustments to coefficients after submission. Offerors must also complete Table T-2 by applying their proposed coefficient to the technically evaluated price of the seed project (Repair ATCALS, Building 5505) for the Base Option under Standard Hours/Unrestricted Areas. The resulting Total Evaluated Price will be used for low offer determination. Table T-3 provides a reference example showing how a coefficient of 1.23 applied to an estimated price of $230,000 yields a total of $282,900. Offerors must initial the document to acknowledge acceptance of the coefficient terms outlined in the SABER Statement of Work, specifically referencing Section A, Part 3 for detailed guidance on coefficient calculations.

COEFFICIENT PRICING SCHEDULE
This attachment must be submitted with your proposal. The Coefficient you list below in Table T-1 will be the Coefficient of record. You must also complete Table T-2, as the Total Evaluated Price for the seed Task Order will be used to determine low offer.
1. A “Coefficient” is the Contractor’s pricing factor which is multiplied against the bare cost in calculating Task Order (TO) prices. Refer to the SABER Statement of Work, Section A, Part 3 for additional information about calculating Coefficients.
2. Failure to propose reasonable coefficients or include costs for all items required to be included within the coefficient is the fault of the Contractor; adjustments to the coefficients will NOT be made. Please thoroughly review SABER Statement of Work prior to proposing.
TABLE T-1 OFFEROR’S PRICE COEFFICIENTS (ROUND TO TWO DECIMAL PLACES):
COEFFICIENT TYPE OFFEROR'S PRICE COEFFICIENT
Standard Hours / Unrestricted Areas Standard Hours / Restricted (Controlled) Areas
3. For the purpose of assessing pricing and understanding of applying the coefficient, Offerors are required to place the technically evaluated price of the Seed Project with the proposed coefficient applied for Base Option, Standard Hours / Unrestricted Areas:

NOTE: Please see Table T-3 below for a sample as reference only to provide guidance on how to apply the proposed coefficient to the projected price of a project.
