Mobile Target IDIQ Logistics Support Plan – Delivery Order #1

1 August 2024

1. Introduction

The 96th Range Support Squadron Target Systems Flight (RNRT) is responsible for the daily operation and management of foreign and domestic target assets used in test and training at Eglin AFB Florida.

2. Purpose

The purpose of this delivery order is to provide a logistics support plan for the implementation of a delivery order under the RNRT Mobile Target Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to show regular processes for procurement methods, oversight, and management processes.

3. Scope

The Contractor shall provide a logistics support plan tailored to the Statement of Objectives (SOO) that is inherent to each Contractor’s capability related to the Mobile Target IDIQ contract.

The plan shall (although not limited to) provide details of procurement methods, oversight and management methods that will be used to execute the Mobile Target IDIQ contract.

4. Technical Requirements

The Contractor shall develop and deliver a logistics support plan for the Mobile Target IDIQ contract that, at a minimum, considers the following processes and demonstrates the author’s understanding and ability to manage procurement and logistics to point of delivery.

TITLE: Mobile Target Logistics Support Plan DISTRIBUTION: One copy each to Technical Project Manager and Program Manager REMARKS: Electronic delivery by email is acceptable

5.2. Delivery Schedule - Estimated completion in twenty-one (21) days ARO

5.3. Document Marking - All documents containing technical information shall be marked as follows unless approved for public release:

Distribution Statement D: Distribution authorized to Department of Defense and U.S.

DoD contractors only (Critical Technology, 21 Sept 2023). Other requests for this document shall be referred to: US Air Force 96 RANSS/RNRT, Eglin AFB FL (850) 883-7949

6. General Information

6.1. Project Management - The Contractor shall designate a Project Manager who shall be responsible for the control and coordination of all work performed on this delivery order. The Contractor shall provide the Project Manager’s name, in writing, to the PCO within 7 days after issuance of delivery order.

6.2. Release of Information - The Contractor shall not release any information to any person, Government agency, or Contractor concerning the delivery order without the approval of the Contracting Officer.
