About this file
This is an example project document detailing requirements for a specialized truck chassis to be used as a mobile target by the 96 RANSS/RNRT Mobile Targets Section at Eglin AFB, Florida. The technical specifications call for a BAZ 69096 Series truck with a 12 YaMZ-8401.10-14 V12 diesel engine, manufactured between 1990 and present, that must be in good to very good condition with fully operational components including doors, locks, windows, lights, and minimal corrosion or damage. No weapons systems are permitted on the chassis.
The delivery terms require the truck chassis and documentation to be delivered within 180 days ARO to Eglin AFB, FL (FOB destination). Deliverables include the truck chassis, operating manual, vehicle key, and Bill of Lading with VIN number. The vendor must provide pictures in electronic and hardcopy format for government review prior to award. Final inspection will be performed at Eglin AFB, with rejected items to be removed within 10 working days at the vendor's expense. This appears to be one of multiple example projects included as part of a larger mobile targets IDIQ solicitation.
