About this file
This document appears to be a traceability sheet related to a Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy) contract for F-76 fuel. It includes a signed certification that the F-76 fuel supplied maintains traceability with respect to materials composition, additives, and concentration levels per the requirements of MIL-DTL-16884. The document also includes a separate certification that any synthetic paraffinic materials used are derived from Fischer-Tropsch (FT) or Hydroprocessed Renewable Diesel (HRD) methods, and that no changes have been made to the feedstock, production location, or processes since the last Certificate of Analysis.
The related federal contract opportunity is for the Western Pacific Bulk Fuels Purchase Program (WESTPAC), which covers the annual bulk petroleum requirements, including F-76, JA1 (neat and with additives), and JP5, for the Western Pacific and Middle East Regions. The delivery period is from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, with a total estimated quantity of 201,804,000 U.S. gallons of F-76, 90,786,000 U.S. gallons of JP5, and 282,320,000 U.S. gallons of JA1 (some of which requires additives). Vendors will be required to submit offers through the Offer Entry Tool (OET).
