The EVE agreement allows the parties to exchange equal value of petroleum products, including Jet A-1, Jet A, JP8, JP5, and F76, to meet short-term requirements or take advantage of global asset positioning. The agreement outlines the specific terms and conditions of the exchange, including the type and quantity of products, market reference prices, exchange locations, custody transfer points, shipment methods, and the timeframe for completion. It also addresses payment terms, quantity imbalances, and any tax implications.
