About this file
This is a Department of Air Force standard clause (DAFFARS 5352.242-9000) detailing contractor access requirements for Air Force installations. The clause outlines the procedures contractors must follow to obtain base identification and vehicle passes for their personnel who need access to Air Force installations. It specifies that contractors must submit written requests on company letterhead to the contracting officer with contract details, work site location, dates, and employee information. The clause also requires contractors to maintain current records of personnel access credentials, comply with security protocols, ensure return of passes upon contract completion, and provide after-hours contact information through the Emergency Mass Notification System (EMNS).
This clause appears to be an attachment to a solicitation for Grease Trap Cleaning Services at Holloman AFB, NM (FA480125Q0004) being procured by the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command's 49th Civil Engineering Squadron. While the clause itself is administrative in nature, it would apply to the contractor selected to perform the grease trap cleaning services.
