STATEMENT OF WORK:
1.Installation: Camp Blanding, FL
2.Range Type: Automated Record Fire (ARF), Range 3
3.Range Description: Contractor shall supply all targetry devices, hardware, installation, training, and travel for an operational ARF at Camp Blanding, FL IAW the Performance Specification (PS) and Section C requirements, and the requirements of this Delivery Order Proposal (DO).
4.Range Design Specifications: The emplacements are Hardwired (HW) for both power and data. Camp Blanding will remove existing target mechanisms (TMs) but will leave cables and brackets in place. The contractor shall remove any existing cables and hardware attached to the emplacement that the contractor does not plan to use per Section 3.2.7.1 of the PS. Contractor provided brackets shall meet SIT mechanism adjustability requirements per Section 3.1.3 of the PS. See attached pictures.

Emplacements: The range consists of 112 SIT emplacements, there are no emplacements at the 75m and 175m positions. Emplacements are concrete and are 37” wide by 52” deep with a 16 ½” high wall.
