About this file
This document is an Additional Questions and Answers addendum for the Florida Department of Management Services' Request for Proposals (RFP No. 25-43231513-RFP) for Productivity Tools. The RFP seeks to establish a new State Term Contract for various digital productivity solutions, with potential vendors responding to questions about job execution, workflow automation environments, forms and survey tools, task assignment capabilities, and vendor coverage requirements. The document indicates that specific customer needs and contract terms will be detailed in individual Customer Statements of Work (SOW) or Request for Quotes (RFQ).
The addendum reveals that the procurement is structured to allow flexibility for vendors, with responses suggesting that not all vendors need to cover every requirement category. Pricing will be governed by section 6.1 of the Enterprise Standard Terms and Conditions, with indications that NOT TO EXCEED pricing could potentially be charged on a per-hour basis. The Department maintains broad discretion in evaluating solutions, with openness to vendors who can complement proposed platforms or cover specific sections of the requirements, rather than mandating comprehensive coverage across all stated capabilities.
