About this file
This document is an RFP Attachment (Attachment L3) for a Productivity Tools procurement, specifically focusing on Service Category 3: Cloud Services and Storage. The document provides a structured response template for vendors to detail their cloud-based solutions, with specific prompts addressing cloud storage, backup and recovery, local replication, file sharing, real-time collaboration, and Software as a Service (SaaS) capabilities. The RFP requires vendors to provide detailed responses to seven prompts, with Prompt 1 worth 5 points and Prompts 2-7 worth a total of 4 points, using a maximum character limit for each response (3000 characters for Prompt 1 and 500 characters for Prompts 2-7).
The response template allows vendors to outline their proposed cloud service solution's technical capabilities, including secure storage, scalable infrastructure, role-based access controls, encryption, automated backup solutions, local file replication, collaborative tools, and web-accessible productivity applications. The document indicates that while vendors can include Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and additional terms and conditions, these will not be scored but will be incorporated into the final contract documents. Vendors must provide their company name and solution name, and are warned that altering character count limits or response format may result in being deemed non-responsive.
