The contract term is anticipated to begin July 1, 2026 and continue through June 30, 2027, with renewal options available for up to three additional years contingent upon satisfactory performance and fund availability.

Pricing is structured as hourly rates for crew members and equipment based on estimated annual hours, with a fixed $10,000 equipment contingency included as a non-bid line item. The total contract budgetary ceiling is established at $500,000.
