About this file

This is Addendum #1 to RFB DMAVS 2025-01 issued by the New Hampshire Department of Military Affairs and Veterans Services for the NHARNG Center Strafford Building 12 Interior Renovations project. The addendum was posted on February 13, 2025 at 3:30 PM EST with a closing date of February 28, 2025 at 12:00 PM EST.

The addendum makes a significant change to the vendor certification requirements by removing the previous surety bond requirement under RSA 106-F:9 and replacing it with new contract security requirements. The successful bidder must now provide contract security equal to 100% of the contract amount as required by RSA 447:16. The contract bond must be written by a company licensed to do business in New Hampshire and listed on the Treasury's "Surety Companies Acceptable on Federal Bonds" list (Circular 570).
