About this file
This document is Addendum 1 for the Online Enrollment/Benefits Administration Systems Request for Proposal (RFP#1-25-05) issued by Brevard County Purchasing Services in Florida. The addendum clarifies key details about the procurement, including the proposal opening date of December 12, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. The county is seeking a new online enrollment and benefits administration system that is more user-friendly and compatible with their existing personnel/payroll system.
The addendum reveals that the current spend with the incumbent provider for Fiscal Year 23-24 was approximately $115,811. Brevard County wants the new system to allow online enrollment for retirees with appropriate restrictions, but does not require call center support. The primary motivation for the RFP is to explore options for a more technologically advanced system that improves the current enrollment process. All other terms and conditions of the original RFP remain unchanged, and prospective contractors are asked to acknowledge receipt of this addendum with their proposal.
