About this file
This document is an addendum to the bid documents for the Clackamas County Fairgrounds Multiuse Building Project, which is being bid by Clackamas County, Oregon. The addendum includes a table of contents and specifications for the 49,800 square foot multi-purpose building, including details on the concrete floor finishes, masonry veneer, unit skylights, sewer line extension, and other building components. Key bid dates include a bid closing on July 13, 2023 at 2:00 PM Pacific Time.
The bid documents also include alternates that bidders can propose, such as using a sealed concrete floor finish instead of a honed/polished system, eliminating the masonry veneer base, and deleting the unit skylights. The document outlines the process for submitting substitution requests during the bidding period and after contract award. It also provides details on the metal building system requirements, including the structural framing, roof and wall panels, insulation and air barrier system, and sheet metal components such as gutters and downspouts.
