The repair here is to seal the original cast in place opening around the conduits and cables. The approximate size of the cast opening is 2’ by 3’ and the area is roughly 60% filled with conduits and cables.

2. Sheet S-102 tunnel area 2 at/near AVE E STA 0+30 no leak or pipe penetration requiring work was found. There is no work at this location for this note.

3. Sheet S-104 tunnel area 4 at/near AVE A STA 2+78 is plugging two abandoned electrical conduits that are approximately 4” in diameter.

4. Sheet S-105 tunnel area 6 at/near AVE G STA 2+77 no leak or pipe penetration requiring work was found.

There is no work at this location for this note.

5. Sheet S-106 tunnel area 7 at/near AVE A STA 6+00 is existing 24” pipes that are insulated. There is leaking around these pipes indicating they are not sealed to the wall. The pipes themselves are perfectly fine and do not require repair. Repair seal in accordance with the note.
