About this file
This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and related specifications for the Common Hardware Systems 6th Generation (CHS-6) contract opportunity. The Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground is soliciting proposals for the CHS-6 IDIQ contract to provide total lifecycle management solutions for Commercial IT products over a ten-year period of performance. The CHS-6 contract facilitates the procurement of COTS items, NDI, components, customizable sustainment strategies, non-personal services, and continuous technology upgrades to support the Army, DoD, and federal agencies. The CDRL requires contractors to submit product specifications and documentation for V1+, V2, V3, installation kits, and operational transit cases within 14 days of corresponding RFPs. The specifications must include cover pages, applicable documents, product literature, interface descriptions, performance and physical characteristics, reliability, maintainability, transportability, and installation kit requirements. Proposals for the $7.9B CHS-6 contract opportunity are due as indicated in the solicitation to be available on SAM.gov. Awards will be made using best value tradeoff for hardware FFP and services FFP, CPFF, or cost reimbursement.
