About this file

This document is a Data Item Description (DID) for a Personnel Recruitment Advertising Management Plan, numbered DI-MISC-81310A and approved on 08 NOV 2006. The DID provides detailed instructions for contractors to develop a comprehensive plan for managing personnel recruitment advertising programs. It requires contractors to submit a document that outlines their organizational structure, staffing details, management approaches, and technical advertising strategies for government recruitment efforts.

Key requirements include creating an organizational chart with narrative descriptions, listing personnel qualifications, detailing staffing needs for contractual tasks, defining management office responsibilities, and describing technical advertising approaches. The plan must include a milestone chart depicting event schedules, address potential media advertising methods beyond standard print and broadcast channels, and ensure compliance with Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) submissions. This DID is used specifically for recruitment advertising services contracts where day-to-day management is under contractor control and is meant to be used in conjunction with two related DIDs for personnel recruitment advertisement and collateral literature.
