About this file
This document contains a requirements traceability matrix template for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's (NASA) request for proposal for the NASA Enterprise-Wide Human Capital Support Services acquisition. The principal purpose of the acquisition is to provide enterprise-wide human capital support and related services across multiple NASA Centers in support of the agency's Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer. Services will include all necessary management, personnel, training, and travel to meet contract requirements. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541612 for Human Resources Consulting Services, and the size standard is $16.5 million. The acquisition is set aside for total women-owned small businesses. The agency will award multiple indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts with firm-fixed-price task orders to provide the specified services. Offerors must complete the requirements traceability matrix template included in the document to demonstrate their understanding and acceptance of the solicitation requirements and to specify where their proposal addresses each requirement.
